Lets talk beauty....SO I'm so in love with this Duo I cant stand it...At first I was like" wth is a lash primer" then I bought Tarts step 2...OMG I love it...Paired together with their "Lights Camera Lashes" Mascara and its the best...(My mascara above, comes in like a leather case thing...Like this....
I have never used Step one....or Three for that matter....How many layers can you put on your lashes anyway?! Seems like a little much. SO, for now I will just use step 1 and 2....Enjoy ChaChas...
